Red Carpet Massacre

I have a fondness for creating “soundtracks”. A moment in time, a person, a feeling, you name it and I will probably have a soundtrack for it. Is it such a surprise that I like sharing these soundtracks with people? Didn’t think so. Check out the shelf and see if there is something you like. I’ll be adding more over time so you might want to stop by every few weeks or so to see what’s new. And as always, a note is always appreciated.

Dorian’s Theme-The soundtrack of Dorian Tayrelle’s life

Dorian Tayrelle is a character from an Exalted RPG. She is by far one of the most complex characters that I have ever attempted to play. She started out as the escaped favored concubine of Five Days Darkness and had no memory prior to being a concubine. She ended the game as one of several revered leaders of a First Age City amongst other things.

It’s Discord and Rhyme-A Soul Series CD, Vol. 1

The soul cd is the brainchild of a friend. He asked each of his friends to make a cd that was a representation of themselves. In return he would give a cd that represented himself. The soul cd does not have strict guidelines to follow. Anything goes really as it is an expression of the person. This one is mine. Oh, and for fun he will let you know which song most reminds him of you. On this volume it was Shake the Disease.

Silent Hunter : Not One Bit Simpler- Extended LP

I made this on a whim. There was a meme going around in which you created your own album cover complete with band name and album title. I liked mine a lot and thought it was a shame that there wasn’t actually any music to go behind the cover.

Fragments- A Soul Series CD, Vol. 2

This is the second volume in the Soul Series. It is significantly longer than Vol. 1 and spans a much greater period. Sadly it was shelved shortly after its inception and forgotten until recently.

Hidden Treasures and Tangled Webs- A Pierce Townsend, Isabeau Strider and Spencer Townsend Mix

Quite some time ago I created two characters-Pierce and Isabeau-for an online fanfic community for Sherilyn Kenyon’s Darkhunter series. I wrote there for several months before coming to the realization that I wanted to do more with the characters than I could within the given confines of the Darkhunter world. So I left the community and took my characters with me. Surprisingly enough, there were a few that followed me.  I adapted their history slightly and began a completely different storyline co-writing it with Spencer’s creator. Over time there seemed to develop a “Love Triangle” between three of the characters. This mix represents that triangle and its dynamics.

The Chronicle OST- A Vampire Requiem Game

This OST was put together to commerate the final session of a Vampire RPG that my husband ran. It was truly an amazing game. You might also enjoy reading this. (It may even give some insight to how much the game meant to the players.)
